DevOps Foundation - Linux & Windows - In Person

DevOps Foundation - Linux & Windows - In Person

Summary

DevOps is the one of the most important and impactful computing topics to have been developed since the creation of the modern cloud.  From Configuration Management to Containerization, your career and your company need to move quickly, but without stress, into this new world.  We are here to teach you how to do this, confidently and competently, using Best-In-Class tools such as Chef.

Description

This course is designed to accelerate you from zero to hero into the world of DevOps from the perspective of using Chef Configuration Management.  Through this three-day command-line driven adventure, you will develop a solid foundation for managing dozens, hundreds or even thousands of servers the way Facebook, Target, Nordstrom, and many other successful companies do – by using Chef.  And because so many companies have both Windows and Linux servers in their environments, we teach you the technical intricacies of managing and integrating both platforms.

This class is also the first step on your way towards Chef Certification.

This three-day course costs $1,495 and is offered both virtually and in-person at various locations around the planet.

You can take and retake this class as many times as you need so that you’ll really understand and be able to use this incredibly useful technology.  Our purpose is to ensure your success.

I was sad to have the training end! The personalized attention from the instructor was priceless. Chef made sense and I LOVED it! Every question and problem were solved and explained. Truly craft masters of Chef, take this and be ready to be amazed. I'm applying what I learned the next week after the course. Thank you CHEF!

This was the best training class I've taken. It was online using Zoom, it was super easy to share code and collaborate. The instructor kept everything going at a perfect pace and his knowledge and expertise on the topic was evident. 22 years of training in my career and this was hands down the best class I've taken. Better than classroom training. Looking forward to more!
