Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Cancellations or change of class date must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start of class for a full refund.

If you cancel 2 business days before the class you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. If you fail to cancel in time and/or do not attend the class, no refund will be issued, and you will be charged the full amount.

In the case of low enrollment, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. If you are in a class, which is cancelled, we will help to to find a replacement class for you. Please contact training@chef.io for more information.

Cancellations for certification exams will only be provided if within sixty (60) days of the purchase of the exam.
