Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
Cancellations or change of class date must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start of class for a full refund.
If you cancel 2 business days before the class you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid. If you fail to cancel in time and/or do not attend the class, no refund will be issued, and you will be charged the full amount.
In the case of low enrollment, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. If you are in a class, which is cancelled, we will help to to find a replacement class for you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Cancellations for certification exams will only be provided if within sixty (60) days of the purchase of the exam.
I will recommend this class to my organization as one of the more complete solutions to on boarding new Chef users.
I don't usually like online training, but this training was great and Eric is really good, well-organized, and in control. The way he engaged each participants is amazing, and how he troubleshoot issues.
Even though I've been using Chef for three years, I found this class immensely useful; not only did it allow me to examine and compare my current practices to those presented in the training, but I learned several new techniques for using Chef tools.
